Jamhunters is a duo containing the musical friends Lars Fabiansen – guitar, and Peter Michael – keyboard. All tracks are original compositions and the style is lounge/jazz/chill out.
14 tracks of smooth jazz/lounge with nice soft jazzguitar combined with the rhodes will take you to heaven. Some songs have vocal hooklines – other songs has speaking parts.
About Lars Fabiansen:
Lars picked up his first guitar when he was about 11 and he has hardly put it down since.
Over the years he has had the privelege of playing live and in the studio with as different names as Magnum Coltrane, Esbjorn Svensson Trio, Randy Brecker and many others.
Lars is an experienced theatre musician and has also appeared on Danish National TV on several occasions as a fixed member of various house bands put together for special music shows.
About Peter:
Peter Michael's musical carreer was ignited by Bach and Beethoven when he was 12. However, these icons were soon replaced by Beatles.
Over the years Peter Michael has played with several both domestic and international artist such as Savage rose, David Sanborn, Chaka Khan, Level 42 and others, in the past five years has had the pleasure of recording and producing music in his own studio – Jamhouse – with some of the above-mentioned musicians, including of course also Jamhunters. Time has also allowed for a single season as band leader in the Tivoli Variety and numerous appearances behind the keyboards on danish tv shows.
………and now for Peters favourite Jam – bound to surprise you: freshly squeezed black currants spread quite evenly on a slice.
Of newly baked rye bread, consumed horizontally under a parasol by the pool – chilling out.
