Sista Burley consists of twin sisters katrina and rebecca burley, aged 21. The girls write all of their own material, play guitar, mandolin, piano, saxophone, and trombone, and have vocal harmonies dripping with enough honey to make bees swarm. Idol winner Guy sebastion described sista burley as unique in the Australian Music industry. Influences diverse as janise joplin, ray charles, PJ Harvey, tammy wynett and dolly parton show through in the girls work with classic country artists mixing happily with modern female divas and pop singers in the sisters collection.
