8th interstellar release of Belgiums spacerock collective Quantum Fantay - Perfect balance between Spacerock, Trance Goa and Progressive Rock with etnic and dub vibes.

In 2004, keyboarder/producer Pete Mush ensembled a bunch of local musicians from his Western Belgium home Lokeren, to create his own brand of instrumental Space Rock, inspired by the driving rhythms of the Ozric Tentacles, sphaeric soundscapes of Hidria Spacfolk, dancing grooves of First Band from Outer Space and musical virtuosity of Solaris. 15 years later, Quantum Fantay are the No.1 Space Rock band in Europe, having overtaken their peers, thanks to the prolific output and diversity of their work.

On their 8th studio album "Yemaya Orisha", 4th to be released on Progressive Promotion Records in the past 5 years, they continue the journey into the world of progressive rock, which started on the previous album with the longtrack Skytopia. The five compositions, all past the 7 minute mark, highlighted by the 23 minutes two-part "Veautifull Mocean", feature all the trademarks described above, but this time are focused more on song building, using many tempo changes and extensive soloing, unusual to that extend so far on previous albums.

There is no new release by Quantum Fantay without major surprises for their longtime fans. This album sees the return of founding member Charles Sla on flutes. And for the first time ever, it features female voices, singing distinguished words!
