Sam Paglia Trio - Live in Italy (2020)

Sam Paglia is an Italian Hammond organ player and a composer professionally active since 1997. His style is often a blend of jazz, soul and funk with strong influences by Jimmy McGriff, Johnny Hammond Smith, Leon Spencer Jr, Billy Preston. Sam Paglia has already recorded several albums for the Italian label Irma Records (among which B-Movie Heroes and Nightclub Tropez, two organ-based and easy-lounge flavored albums that sold extremely well worldwide). Eventually, Sam and his trio took moved towards soul jazz and modern funk. Sam Paglia and his Trio play mainly original music all over Europe (UK, Spain, Austria, Croatia, Bosnia, Russia, Switzerland).
