Glenn Gould - Bach: The Well-Tempered Clavier Books 1&2 (1963) [2013 SACD]

There are no words to do justice to this great interpretation & great recording & great remastering job. While there are many good recordings, in my opinion, only Richter’s comes close to the beauty that Gould has created with this great piece by Bach. The remastering makes it sound like Gould is there with you in your listening room with you, playing your piano. This new SACD remastering has finally at long last allowed us to really hear Gould as he played in the studio & concert hall. If you love Bach, if you love Gould, you should order this. If you love both, order it right now before supplies run out & this version will disappear or go to extravagant levels.
