This flagship guitar trio can play with the power of a rock band and the beauty of the Bill Evans Trio. The group is elastic and firmly rooted in the tradition without being predictable.

Old Tea is the fifth album from guitarist/composer Michael Musillami’s longstanding trio featuring bassist Joe Fonda and George Schuller, and the group's first recording without additional musicians or special guests since its 2003 debut, Beijing. It documents a book of 11 new compositions Musillami wrote in the months following the death of his son Evan in March 2009.
