Here, Fancy and Fugue on B-A-C-H op. 46 forms the most striking work that shows the influence of Johann Sebastian Bach on Regner's thinking and work in the processing of the previously culminates with the four-tone motif already used by Franz Liszt. But also the choral phantasies, the Sonata in F sharp minor op. 33 and the Six Trios op. 47, all published as well as op. 46 in the period from 1898 to 1900, offer many interesting sound stimuli.
