Since more than 20 years, Robert Aaron is the man to call when you look for a great sax player for a session. Robert taked part of all the musical movements in NYC since the end of the 70 s from No Wave (James Chance), Hip Hop (WU Tang, Wycleef Jean), House (he released a classic EP on Eight Ball saxophone in the ozone ), Rock (he played on David bowie s classic Let s dance ). For the first time, he recorded an album under his own name in Paris, an Heavenly Sweeetness Exclusive. He Called some of this friends to play with him : the Malian Keyboard maestro Cheick Tidiane Seck (Amadou & Mariam, Dee dee Bridgewater), Steve Mac Raven on drums, Cuban congero Emilio Del Monte, Monnette Sudler and the poet Anthony Joseph. The result is a great Soul Jazz album for the 21th centuary.
