One of the most talented and adventurous of all producers on the electronic house music scene who has been specializing lately in the downtempo, lo-fi world, Billy Paul Williams is more legit than most - and the reason being is that BPW is not only a great technician, he is a supremely gifted musician - as proven by his work over the years in many different styles of music and the innate musical knowledge he brings to the table, no matter the genre or medium he's working in at the time.
