8 feet on lower keyboard (C4)
8 feet (C4) and a little later 4 feet (C5) on lower keyboard
8 feet (C4) on lower keyboard and later 8 feet (C4) on upper keyboard
8 feet (C4) and a little later 4 feet (C5) on lower keyboard and later 8 feet (C4) on upper keyboard

And when a man uses lower keyboard and upper keyboard separately, just 2 possibilities:
8 feet (C4) on lower keyboard and 8 feet (free) on upper keyboard
