Gea Russell is a singer / songwriter and rapper who began his career in the experimental hip-hop group 3.6 Philly. A sonic departure from his previous album, Slow Train, comes One Last Dance. His sound mixes elements of blues, soul, reggae, jazz and hip hop, and whilst his music has been likened to Tindersticks, Ben Harper and Michael Kiwanuka, he really has his own sound which you can hear for yourself if you buy the album - which is always the best course of action.
