Lory Lynn released her first record, "Give me a minute", with her sister Holly Ann Bianco as part of the Bianca Sisters Duo in 1978. The Duo broke up very quickly, and in 1980 Lory Lynn's first solo single "Teenager in love" was released on RCA Records. In the same year, Italian producers Guido and Maurizio De Angelis announced a casting call - they needed a young, beautiful and singing girl. Lory took part in it and won the contest. Her brothers took her to Italy, and the first thing they did was give her a new name. Henceforth it was called "Bonnie". They released four albums with her on Kangaroo Records. In addition, Bonnie starred in advertising, and in 1983 received a star role in the film Cinderella 80 - a modern version of Cinderella. Thanks to her great voice, undeniable talent, and personal charm, her music career was on the rise... until the tragic date of 11.09.2001. After the events of September 11, the singer decided to leave show business and never perform pop songs again and sing only Christian music.
In 1988, the singer recorded the album True Love, Lory, which included 10 songs. The album was well received by critics and fans and had a high sales rating. The management of WEA records, the label on which the record was released, decided to reissue this album in 1989, slightly changing the name and strengthening it with another single. The version of True Love (1989) included the hit single A Cry In The Night, produced by Dieter Bohlen and co - produced by Luis Rodriguez Salazar. By the way, Luis Rodriguez was a co-producer of many Dieter Bohlen Projects, including Modern Talking, C. C. Catch, Blue System. Luis Rodriguez is the husband and producer of German singer Lian Ross, the author and co-writer of many of her songs, including the hit Say You'll Never. And these pillars of Euro-dens supported, we can say, a young American singer. The single appeared in the charts of many European countries, and in Austria became numero UNO.
