Roksana Smirnova - Whispers (2020)

Roksana Smirnova is a pianist and composer originally from Ukraine. Her musical language reflects her colorful range of musical experiences. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in classical piano and jazz piano. Roksana has performed all over the world, taking part in many music festivals in Europe, Russia, USA and China.

In her music, Roksana explores outside of the borders of jazz music to create her own sound and style. She combines improvisation with folklore elements, using different music styles and musical forms.

Currently she lives in Shanghai, China where she cooperates with many bands and musicians from all over the world.
