The album Spatt from abstract/minimal composer I.III is based upon scanning works of abstract art and applying various algorithms to extract audio, these patterns form the base layer of every track and their respective variant. Four works of art have been made and every work has its digital manipulated variant. The work of I.III reminds us of artists like Autechre, Alva Noto and Frank Bretschneider which have definitely been of great influence.
