‘Lady Misery’ reveals itself little by little throughout the track with its unexpected twists and turns. All is not what it seems. The bass line is infectious, the keys are perfect and Megan Brown’s (vocals, guitar) vocals are powerful. About the track, Megan shares, “I wrote this song about my off and on travelling companion that I have nick-named Lady Misery. Having dealt with depression and anxiety for much of my life Lady Misery is that piece of myself that comes out during those times of darkness.”
