Tracks 01-6-8, 2-08 are genuine redbook files. The rest are upsampled, probably MP3 originals. It's possible that if they are radio broadcasts direct from FM receiver or for FM transmissions, the bandwidth may automatically be limited, creating a false positive.

With the '320' version, only the final 2 tracks are genuine 320,the other tracks are mostly 128, with one at 96.
Disgraceful product !
