These are great performances but the 1960 sound is variable. In Brahms's Piano Concerto No.2 the piano is clangy and distorted, quite unpleasant to listen to. The orchestra is not much better. Beethoven's Piano Concerto No.1 has slightly better sound, probably because the piano part puts less strain on the microphones of the day. The same performances can be had in much better sound from other sources.

Beethoven's Piano Sonatas No.30-32, recorded in Leipzig in 1963, fare much better and can be listened to without being distracted by poor quality sound.
