The Norwegian Rebekka Bakken is a constant in German clubs and at local jazz festivals. With charm and voice she has been wrapping her audience around her little finger for years. She writes emotional songs that turn her albums into true singer-songwriter pearls and yet can be transformed into great jazz interpretations on stage.

It is high time for a personal conclusion from the previous works. A most personal best-of compilation

Typical of Rebekka Bakken, however, is that she doesn't want to leave it at that, but wants to offer her fans more. And so she also presents 5 brand new tracks on this compilation.

Reviews
"The selection of songs by the Norwegian, who knows how to move so skillfully in a musical field between soft jazz, folk and pop, can be called successful. But it is even more beautiful, especially for the listener who is already familiar with their music, that even five previously unreleased pieces of music have made it onto the recordings." (Jazzthing, November 2016 - January 2017)
