Vocalist, instrumentalist, composer and teacher, he obtained the 1st and 2nd level diplomas in Jazz at the S. Pietro a Majella Conservatory in Naples with 110 cum laude.
He is professor of the Jazz Singing Chair at the G. Martucci Conservatory of Salerno. In thirty years of artistic activity dedicated to jazz music he has collaborated with the most appreciated national and international jazz musicians, including - just to name a few -: Joe Lovano, Tony Scott, Fadouk Don Moye, David Alan Gross, Baba Sissoko, Lurent Filipe, Massimo Urbani, Claudio Fasoli, Pietro Condorelli, Maria Pia De Vito, Mario Raja, Mauro Negri, Ettore Fioravanti, Maurizio Giammarco, Gegè Telesforo, Luca Aquino, Daniele Scannapieco, Francesco Nastro, Antonio Onorato, Francesco D'Errico, Paola Arnesano, Guido Di Leone, Pino and Pietro Iodice, Marco Sannini, etc.
He has participated in important jazz festivals such as Festival dei Due Mondi in Spoleto, Umbria Jazz in Perugia, Ravello Festival, etc.
The continuous research on the expressive potential of the voice and its use in a purely instrumental way, has led him over the years to deepen and become one of the leading experts in the "scat" technique, together with his personal and original use of electronics, through the use of equipment that allows him to transform, harmonize and record his voice live.
In addition to countless recordings, he has released seven studio works under his name: "The things I lost", "Lomanto's Market", "The Beatles Album", "Dreams", "Ella & Louis", "Festa in casa De Moraes ”,“ Passion ”.
He also wrote two didactic books: "Loop, history and use of repetition in music" (Ed. UNI service) and "Method of scat singing" (Ed. Wakepress).
