Marco Sinopoli Extradiction - Chromatic Landscape (2021)

Extradiction is an ensemble of musicians who come from the world of jazz and classical music. Their musical proposal is mainly based on the original compositions of Marco Sinopoli, composer and guitarist of the group, in a personal synthesis between composed and improvised music.

The group is composed of both established soloists of classical music such as Bruno Paolo Lombardi, on the flute, Luca Cipriano, on the clarinet, Alessandro Gwis on the piano, Fabio Gianolla, on the bassoon, and by jazz musicians such as Alessandro Marzi on drums, Toto Giornelli on bass. , and Marco Sinopoli on electric guitar. The union of these timbres creates a multi-faceted music, with dense rhythmic and melodic joints, united in a refined but extremely communicative and engaging harmony, in which different musical styles intertwine towards a single direction.
