Peter Rosendal - Pica-Pau (2010) [Hi-Res]

Danish jazz pianist Peter Rosendal recorded 2010's Pica-Pau with a guitarist and two horn players, a departure from his more typical solo recitals or trio albums. The songs reflect Rosendal's interest in and travels to Brazil, adding another level of complexity to his already accomplished music. The award-winning composer and musician has been described as "the Quentin Tarantino of Danish jazz" by Denmark’s leading jazz magazine Jazz Special.
