Switchstance Recordings is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year. After the release of the “KINKY REGGAE” – compilation, that highlighted the best Reggae music releases on Switchstance, it is time to shine some light on the more dope beat related music that came out on our label.

The Switchstance core artists Ancient Astronauts, Protassov, Kabanjak and Deela have released a bunch of massive tunes that shaked butts all over the planet. Newer artists to our labels roster like Astroboter, Void Pedal, Brace or Enrique Nicolas Noviello fit perfectly to the output of Switchstance Recordings and added some new unique styles of dope beats, breaks and grooves. And collaborations with such amazing artists as Raashan Ahmad, Akua Naru, Hugo Kant, Azeem, Martin Perna (Antibalas / Ocote Soul Sounds), Joyce Olong or Maria Garcia Lora underlined the international character of the musical output of Switchstance Recordings as a label.

The labels mission of releasing international music with a worldwide relevance started in 2001 and since then the music has spread across the globe and is listened to in over 100 countries.
