It started as an experiment by three musicians. Everyone contributed two basic ideas to the project, picked them up and passed them on to their colleagues. These mixed in on new tracks, which they thought was good, and passed the tape on again. In the course of time, a dense network emerged that no one had conceived as a whole, and yet - everyone had worked seriously and incorporated themselves into the existing structure to the best of their knowledge and belief - it seems immensely dense. The voice and breath of Gabriele Hasler and Dietmar Bonnen, piano, kalimba, egg harp, children's piano, milk frother, bells, alto saxophone, accordion, recorders and many other devices play an important role.
As a result, the spectrum ranges from passages with clearly recognizable rhythms and melodies to noises, in the creation of which chance played an important role. And somehow Dietmar Bonnen seems to have ridden the devil when he mumbled a text for "Kit" so deeply and sadly that an - unintentional? - Homage to Tom Waits was the result. The vocal noises with which Gabriele Hasler ensnares him, as well as the simple figures accompanying the piano create a mystical atmosphere that could never be composed at a desk.
