Tokyo Jihen or Tokyo Incidents (東京事変 Tōkyō Jihen) is a Japanese band created by Shiina Ringo. The band was originally comprised of the backing members of her Sugoroku Ecstasy Tour. The band's debut single, "Gunjo Biyori", was released in September 2004.

The first live best compilation album that carefully selected and knitted the best take from all the live performances that Tokyo Jihen has done so far. It's a fan-coveted live album that packages precious footprints at the moment of a miracle that the individuality of the five people burst and sublimated by scraping each other.
