Formed in the mid-'80s by a handful of Sweden's most notable rockers, Dalton specialized in radio-ready, hit-driven AOR rock in the vein of fellow Scandinavian progressive pop metal aficionados Europe. The Best of Dalton: 1987-2012 25th Anniversary collects 14 tracks from the band's two albums, The Race Is On and Injection, including their previously unavailable debut single, "Can't Stop Loving You Now," all of which have been remastered in anticipation of the group's 2012, 25th anniversary reunion tour.
