Linda Riggi - Born With The Blues (2013)

Born and raised in Schenectady, NY. Started playing music in elementary school. Moved to Texas in 1989. I have played solo, in a duo, in a trio and in bands. First picked up the guitar when I was 13 yrs old... haven't really put it down since! Blues is my forte but I enjoy all kinds of music.. I cut my teeth playing open mic's in Houston Texas about 22 years ago ( Thank you Pearl and Lee Murray) I have played in the local clubs in Fort Worth, Tx. , and Houston , Texas. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2003. I am now a 10 year survivor. For the time being I am writing and recording at home, You can sometimes find me playing open mic nights in Fort Worth, Tx. Love to meet and network with other artists.. there is something to learn from everyone.
