I'm smitten with this album. The lead singer has one of those just-right soulful, sorrowful voices. Intelligent lyrics. Nice instrumentation. It's a little Richard Buckner in sound--sedate and rolling--but tighter, more polished. "Remnants and Pictures" manages to be both sing-along and meditative. "Them" has a wonderful creeping-in-the-night kind of rhythm going on. And "Burning Stars" is probably my favorite. Great music start to finish.
