This Newcastle singer/songwriter notched up over one millions streams of his debut release ‘Piece of Your Heart’ (a beautiful, hold-me-close ballad), and his debut album also looks set to make waves. Whether he’s stripping things right back (such as on the stop-you-in-your-tracks ‘Willow’) or getting a shuffle on (‘Thinking About You’, which sounds like Dylan at his most playful) he’s a man who lives and dies by the quality of his melodies, and, thankfully, he’s got those in spades.
