François Bernat quartet - Winter Suite (2022) [Hi-Res]

After a first quartet around the music of Miles Davis, which will give birth to a very well reviewed album, I feel the need to continue my journey around this new project: A quartet without harmonic instrument, with Frédéric Borey (sax), Paco Andreo (trb), and Stéphane Adsuar (batt), whose repertoire is exclusively composed of personal compositions. A formation that leaves the possibility of creating open musical spaces, which sometimes give way to more intense collective improvisations, and a melodic writing for two voices, which has always interested me in terms of composition.
