Maricas Records is back! And this time we’ve gathered some talented members of our queer community to lead you through a Sunday service at the Church of Maricas. A journey from heavenly euphoria, through melancholy to the dirty sweaty depths of hell’s dancefloor.

We start off blissfully with a deep cut from Shanti. A love poem, layered with luscious pads and synth melodies that swim around the heavenly space over the beating heart of the kick drum. Soothing vocals whisper words of love effortlessly over a hypnotic bassline that interrupts the kick like a skipping heartbeat. Everything is lifted by a crisp clean clap and brightened by fluttering hi-hats. It all sounds like waking up next to your lover on a sunny Sunday morning.
