LOVE - Antidote Love Songs (2012)

New and thus 4rd full album from ex-Core of Soul singer Fukiko Nakamura, now better know as one of the many (virtual)artists/groups going by the name of LOVE.

I really do miss Core of Soul so it's always nice to hear something new from at least her again! The 2 previous albums were rather good imo so I was looking forward to this one ~. Not completely listened though the new one yet but so far, so good. Her usual pop-rock style with maybe a few electronic influences here and there.

LOVE (born 1983.03.14, real name Fukiko Nakamura (中村蕗子)) is a Japanese singer, guitarist and songwriter under Kafkino label. She debuted in 2001 as the vocalist of the pop/rock band CORE OF SOUL, where she was known as as Fukko. After the band disbanded in 2006 she debuted as a solo singer under the stage name LOVE under DREAMS COME TRUE' DCT records label. In July 2012 she announced her contract termination with DCT records. In 2013 she formed a new band THE LIPSMAX with TOKIE and Miyoko Yamaguchi (山口美代子).
