MY ZOMBIE GIRL est un album de country rock humaniste, proche du bluegrass et du rock psychédélique, de Missri and friends. Pour ce projet étonnant, le chanteur, banjoïste, guitariste, auteur et compositeur a réuni autour de lui une équipe exceptionnelle d’artistes qui jouent ensemble depuis plusieurs décennies dont le légendaire Barry «The Fish» Melton. Un voyage sonore kaléidoscopique où l’on perçoit des influences majeures telles que Jerry Garcia et Grateful Dead, Crosby Stills Nash and Young, Joni Mitchell, Steely Dan, Lyle Lovett, ou encore Deroll Adams.
