Kiyo*Sen, 大高清美 & 川口千里 (Kiyomi Otaka & Senri Kawaguchi) is the jazz/rock fusion collaboration of Japanese keyboardist Kiyomi Otaka and drummer Senri Kawaguchi.
Otaka has been a fixture in the Japanese fusion scene since the late 90's with her own solo career as well as playing for the long running fusion band Casiopea. She has performed with other top names like Dave Weckl and Gary Willis. Her playing style is accented the use heavy Hammond B-3 organ. Kawaguchi is a drummer renowned as only the second Japanese drummer to make Drummerworld's top 500 percussionists in the world list, accomplishing this at the age of 13. She was featured on her first DVD, Horroscope at the age of 12. She was already releasing her own solo material by age 16 and was just 17 when Kiyo*Sen released their debut album, Chocolate Booster.
