Honey Cellar - Borders (2022) [Hi-Res]

Honey Cellar is a folk rock band born out of a border town, where fiddle tunes, folk punk, and Midsummer brought them together. Their rich vocal harmony, vibrant instrumentals, and earnest lyrics make each show an intimate yet electrifying experience. The band is Catherine Krol (vocals, bass), Danny Connolly (vocals, guitar), Lucy Holden (vocals, mandolin, violin), Joey Buttlar (drums, percussion), and—newest member—Tariq Shihadah (guitar, flute, vocals).

In 2022, they announced the upcoming release of their second album, "Borders," and have released two singles off of the album, "Passing Ships" and "Dorma." Their new sound brings the band to spacey new heights with the introduction of lead guitarist Shihadah and a more collaborative blend of songwriting. Yet each song is still shaped by their deep roots in folk music.
