Michel Butor, Marc Copland - Le long de la plage (2012) [Hi-Res]

In 2001, poet Michel Butor discovered the music of Marc Copland, in which he heard a deep connection with works by classical composer Robert Schumann. In 2008, he suggested that they join forces for a recording. On this release, Copland's music and Butor's poetry blend in magical and powerful ways. The recording was made in one take, and everything is totally improvised.
