Originally known as “The VIP’s” and founded by Freddie Sanchez, El Chicano is the most successful of the L.A. Latino Rock recording artists. Their 10 album run from 1970 - 1985 is unrivalled and included classic albums such as Viva Tirado, Revolución, Celebration, El Chicano and Cinco all released thru MCA Records.
