Juan Carlos Arancibia (*1983 Lima / Peru) has been studying at the Lima Conservatory with Oscar Zamora since 2001. During his studies he attended master classes with renowned guitarists such as David Russell, Pepe Romero, Hubert Käppel and Dale Kavanagh. In 2004 he played as a soloist with the National Orchestra Lima and gained chamber music experience with the Aranjuez Guitar Quartet and in the early music ensemble of his conservatory. In 2005 he won first prize at the guitar festival in Arequipa, and in 2008 he received the sponsorship prize of the GWK, Münster.
Cem Celiksirt (*1987 Samsun / Turkey) took his first guitar lessons from Kadir Yilmaz and Utku Özkanoglu, after which he was a young student at the Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul with Muzaffer Corlu. During this time he attended master classes with renowned guitarists such as Costas Cotsiolis, Aniello Desiderio, Goran Krivokapic and Mehmet Özkanoglu.
Ozan Coskun (*1988 Nuremberg / Germany) received his first guitar lessons from Sanel Sabitovic and Carlo Domeniconi. He completed his training at the vocational school for music in Sulzbach-Rosenberg in 2007, after which he studied with Dale Kavanagh at the Detmold University of Music.
Shawn Pickup (*1980 Halifax / Canada) studied with Eugene Cormier at Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, where he completed his Bachelor of Music with top marks. Shawn Pickup is also the holder of numerous grants, including a DAAD grant. In 2006 he won First Prize and the FCMF (Federation of Canadian Music Festivals) Grand Award at the Canadian National Music Festival.
