American organist James D. Hicks continues his exploration of organ music by Nordic composers, with this documentary on the making of Nordic Journey, Volume 12.
Shot in the Uranienborg Kirke in central Oslo, Norway, James Hicks is joined in the video by instrumentalists from Greater Oslo, including a bass quartet from the Oslo Philharmonic, the percussion ensemble SISU, recorder player Caroline Dahl Eidsten Dahl, and a quartet of folk violinists.
