NNAVY - I'll Wait For You (2026) [Hi-Res]

Swiss singer-songwriter NNAVY, a Swiss Music Award winner, is releasing I’ll Wait For You, which she regards as her most clearly defined artistic statement to date. Her soulful, emotive voice moves fluidly between R&B, soul, and jazz. She built her audience gradually through live performance, opening for Lionel Richie at the Montreux Jazz Festival and selling out shows on home turf.

The lead single “Slowly Burning” reveals the emotional core of the record. It was born from “a feeling of impending doom,” familiar to someone in her late twenties, when the future feels uncertain and the present is suddenly precious. From this tension between anxiety and joy, between reckoning and release, the whole album grows: listeners are invited onto “one last ride on the carousel” to dance, laugh, and feel fully alive in the moment.

Compared with her earlier work, the sound is richer and more assured. It shows a clearer artistic identity, deeper storytelling, and a willingness to engage with life’s bigger questions while keeping its warmth and groove. Released on vinyl, the record cements NNAVY’s position as one of Switzerland’s most exciting new voices on the international stage.
