Sanne Rambags - Sister (2022) [Hi-Res]

SISTER is the second album of my 'Mothership' triptych. The solo album SONNA was previously released, which was awarded an Edison Vocal National.
In collaboration with the Norwegian guitarist Oddrun Lilja Jonsdottir (Bugge Wesseltoft's New Conception of Jazz, Moksha, Frode Haltli's Avant Folk) my singer-songwriter pieces are sounded on SISTER. A repertoire of melancholy poetry and soothing melodies that has been lovingly preserved for years among all the great wishes, dreams and ideas and that are now ready to see the light.

Singer, composer and improvisor Sanne Rambags creates truly magical moments with her warm sound and heartfelt performance. A musician with a deeply personal sound. Rambags is one of the few singers of her generation who is able to improvise with openness, merging totally with her fellow musicians. exploring the limits of vocals and discovering new soundscapes.
