Both Earthly and otherworldly senses awaken, and dark, menacing tones transcend into a brighter, playful fluttering escape, creating a varied and inventive world of its own.

The blues and soul emotion of ”Now that the magic has gone”, sung by Björn Skifs aches with the heartbreak of broken dreams and the tragic erosion of time. The recording reveals the essence of his natural voice without any studio gloss. Defeated and dejected, with the realization that there is no sense holding on to the past now when the magic has gone, the soul of his pain reverberates throughout this sorrowful single. This is soul from the soul.

In the vocal version of "Goodbye ", Lindeborg serves a moonlight cocktail with vintage sonics. _Sara Nordenbergs’s warm, caressing tones flow beautifully in this stylishly arranged 1940s sonnet. As if revived through a filtered lens of Hollywood's golden age, this bittersweet tale of a long kiss goodbye truly moves you to the core. With instrumental elements that bring the listener's thoughts to Bach's "Air" but with a modern touch, the song reaches the highest level of excellence.

Although the emphasis is on laid-back and intense ballads, the album gives a highly diverse impression. For example, the track "Bangladesh" by Jonas Wall delivers an intense cinematic and theatrical arrangement that feature drummer Per Lindvall , perfect for any spy themed movie full of mystery and chase.
