This album was started earlier this year but really was born after a visit to deepest Cornwall in the UK. Where I stayed was where a number of abandoned tin mines had been left leaving me with a ghostly impression. Together with this the landscape and light has inspired a thriving art scene (see Barbara Hepworth, Kurt Jackson or Walter Langley) which also inspired me to finish this album.

On this landscape I am joined by a number of very talented friends and musicians. So thank you to Dasha Larks and to Dave Morgan, Rin Megginson, Gary Fairchild, Bill Keller, Andrew Eagle and Carol Escoffie of EJI (We Need a Name). Thanks also to Rick Stuart and Sammy Stein for your amazing support and of course to Rachael who came up with the title of the album which in turn created the direction of this project.

Written, performed and produced by Richard Davies except:
A Pagan Landscape: Spoken word by Dasha Larks of Pulse Lab.
Playtime:
Trumpet: Dave Morgan
Flute: Rin Megginson
Electric Bass: Gary Fairchild
Upright Bass: Bill Keller
Guitar: Andrew Eagle
Piano: Carol Escoffier
