Mue - Les Vasières (2022)

An aural silt, waxing and waning, always already different.

Recorded in 2020, Les vasières explores unsynchronized hardware electronic improvisations where individual sonic elements come to life by creating new and complex layers and organizational logics — melodically and rhythmically modulating each other.

The French album title translates to “The mudflats.” Sounds from disparate sources form an aural silt that is brought to life by waxing and waning cycles, each improvisation presenting a new, different mudflat scenario.
