Six great Quebec lyrical voices portray the protagonist Albertine at various stages of her life: Chantal Lambert (age 70), Monique Pagé (age 60), Chantal Dionne (age 50), Florence Bourget ( age 40), Catherine St-Arnaud ( age 30). Marianne Lambert portrays Albertine’s sister Madeleine.
The recording of Albertine en cinq temps – L’opéra was made at the Domaine Forget concert hall in Charlevoix following the stage premiere of the work at the Théâtre du Rideau Vert in September 2022, which was directed by Nathalie Deschamps.
