scott macdonald - Start Living The Life You Want (2018)

Scott Macdonald is a Scottish singer/songwriter well known on the music circuit for playing at musical festivals and concerts in Scotland. He was brought up in Eaglesham Glasgow, where he showed a keen interest in music and played in several bands before his solo career. He drew inspiration from artists such as Neil Young, John Martyn, Dougie McLean, Ed Kuepper , Xavier Rudd and Mike Scott and Martin Stephenson. He has played in Canada, America and the Netherlands and has supported the late Bert Jansch, Seasick Steve and Eddie Reader among others and has recorded several albums. His first EP Burn Baby Burn was chosen by BBC Scotland for it’s seriously Scottish Album for Midem and the track ‘I Belong’ was used for the BBC series ‘Monty Halls Great Escape’.’ Scott is a one-man band who plays acoustic guitar and harmonica !
