This album “Next” is not simply a collection of compositions. This record has a special meaning to Claudio Jr De Rosa. It was conceived, written and recorded just before starting the next adventure in life. That of becoming a father. Claudio Jr De Rosa (Italy 1992) is a yet Rotterdam-based saxophonist, composer, arranger and educator. His hard/post-bop jazz quartet consists of Xavi Torres (piano), Mauro Cottone (double bass), and Sander Smeets (drums). The band has been performing across Europe since 2017.
