Kæry Ann - Songs of Grace and Ruin (2023)

Blue Eyes is the first single from italian songwriter Kaery Ann, taken from her upcoming debut album, which will be released later this year via Anomic Records. She has already been playing a lot of shows around Italy, putting a spell on the audience with her dreamy Mazzy Star- like vocals. Blue eyes is a rather melancholic and nostalgic song with post-punk influences using hypnotic guitars, gloomy bass and powerful drums. Her smoky soft vocals, using a lower and higher range of her voice, are at times almost whispered.
