The second volume of the 'Unknown Spanish Levant (Egypt)' -recorded between Spain and Egypt with KRB- portrays the subtle and visceral echoes of so many musical worlds that converge with the imagery of the Moors and Christians festivals in my village. This album has offered me the opportunity to show both, how my personal feeling for this festival from Villena coexists with what I have lived and experienced in North Africa during decades.
