Flight 19 - Something We Did... (1985-1992)

Having disposal of a pro rehearsal and recording studio in London, FLIGHT 19 took full advantage and crafted numerous slabs of perfectly formed AOR-songs, in the vein of Rio, Strangeways, Dare and Yaya. With two brilliant singers like Mark Thompson Smith and Noel Fraser (Strutz, A.O.K.) aboard, the band recorded and released on demo-tapes 12 incredible melodic Rock songs, during the 1989-1992 time-frame.
Their only official apparition has been on the "Metal For Muthas '92" compilation in Japan, with two songs ("Liar" and "Flame"), which resulted in big interest from the likes of Polygram and Atlantic, but unfortunately nothing ever materialised after that.
This release will feature all the 12 tracks written by the band, taken from the original DAT master-tapes and completely remastered, plus the usual 16-pages booklet featuring many unseen pics & memorabilia and the complete band-history written by "AOR master" Rob Evans. That's another unmissable chapter in the history of UK Melodic Rock.
