Jason's Fleece - Jason's Fleece (1970)

Jason's Fleece was a Swedish music group.

Jason's Fleece was formed in 1970 by Björn J:son Lindh and Hawkey Franzén. After they both served prison sentences for gun refusal, they decided to form a band together with some members of J:son Lindh's former group, Atlantic Ocean. The group initially called themselves Sam-Hawkey-J:son. Their music exhibited influences of soul, funk and progressive rock. Janne "Loffe" Carlsson also featured in the band, which existed for about a year and disbanded in 1971, but without appearing on their records.
